With our Manufactured Home Leveling there is no “eye balling”, “pretty close” or “good enough” in our process.

The manufactured home leveling industry has long relied on crudely built water levels, string levels, bubble levels or hard to use laser levels, or worse yet, laser levels use in the home, not on the frame.

All of these typical methods leave the home owner with a less than perfect leveling solution no matter how hard the individual or company may try.

We set ourselves apart with what typically sets companies apart, technology.

We use the Smart Leveler® system.

This system enables use to get your manufactured home sitting true with the precision of 1/10th of an inch.

If that isn’t Manufactured Home Leveling, I don’t what what is.

This takes away from the uncertainty while under the home, speeds up our process and eliminates the need of guess and check.

We don’t guess, we get you true.

With knowing exactly where the home needs to be, we then strategically placing our jacking stations to get the home off the current supports so we can modify them to your home all to the same elevation.

Our Jacking Stations consist of a combination of 12 and 20 Ton Hydraulic Bottle Jacks.

Modular Manufactured home re-leveling

We place our jacks on base pads and insert a metal plate between the jack’s ram and your home’s frame to ensure nothing is compromised and to ensure integrity.

Edmonton Manufactured home leveling

The whole process can take anywhere from 3 – 8 hours, as fast as we can get the mobile home home onto our jacking stations is as fast as we can get it level. Most of the time spent is due to navigating around obstacles below the home and soft ground conditions causing jacking stations to sink as well as the loading stations to raise when weight is off them.

To combat the lifting loading stations, we check the height before taking weight off and prepare the right amount of shims, lift, insert the prepared shims and re-apply the weight.

We finish off with a double check then carry on, at the end of the leveling process we conduct a triple check where we go down the length of the home a verify that as we evenly distributed the weight that everything is balanced and sitting true.
